Meet the Founder
TalentAxis Group was founded by Nima Vafa, a recruitment and workforce specialist with hands-on experience across employment services, employer engagement, workforce solutions, and candidate preparation throughout NSW and the ACT.
After working closely with both employers and job seekers across multiple industries, Nima identified a major gap in traditional recruitment — many candidates were being referred to employers without proper preparation, guidance, or alignment to workforce needs.
TalentAxis was created to bridge that gap by combining recruitment with candidate preparation, workforce strategy, and practical employment support.
Rather than focusing on high-volume recruitment alone, TalentAxis aims to deliver stronger hiring outcomes through pre-screened, job-ready candidates and a more personalised recruitment approach for both employers and job seekers.
